Overcoming

Hello All!

What an interesting, normal, weather day in Detroit.  It's nothing new; a Fall day where we have dark clouds, cold wind, maybe rain in the next few minutes.  The weather today reminds me of the uncertainty of what challenges a day may hold.  One thing I know for sure:  whatever the challenges; you can overcome them.  Overcoming is a constant life theme for our family and personally I always see growth as the result.  In Toastmasters we get to see many moments of "overcoming" behaviors: namely, the fear of public speaking  which often dissolves in a few speeches.  A handful experiences of overcoming such a challenge are documented in the movie that Success Builders Toastmasters Club will host a screening of this Wednesday October 17, 2012.  Check out the trailer of these warriors.  May you join the journey of the   "Overcoming"tribe.www.speakthemovie.com
